After having sold jewels at prestigious auctions like Christie’s and Sotheby’s, and also being featured on the covers of these auction house catalogues, NIRAV MODI showcased it’s exquisite High Jewelry Collection at the Biennale des Antiquaires in Paris this year.
The Biennale des Antiquaires is known as the grand dame of antique fairs and the world’s major showcase for haute joaillerie. It has been a must attend event for art lovers for over half a century. NIRAV MODI jewels were on display at this prestigious event, against the backdrop of the beautiful Grand Palais, from the 8th of September to the 18th of September 2016.
The event commenced with an elegant Gala dinner. Lisa Haydon, one of the faces of NIRAV MODI’s new campaign, was a special guest at the event, among many others. The beautiful model chose to wear the NIRAV MODI Camellia Necklace and Earrings to this exclusive dinner. Several other art and antique collectors, and high jewelry connoisseurs visited the NIRAV MODI showcase during the Gala dinner cocktail hour and over the course of the event.
NIRAV MODI jewels on display at the event included The Constellation Necklace, an exquisite diamond necklace with craftsmanship so fine that it sits like silk on the wearer’s skin, The Emerald Maharani Necklace, inspired by the necklaces worn by Indian royals in the 19th and early 20th centuries, and the Spring Necklace, featuring a mélange of fancy colored diamonds of various hues. All jewels displayed unparalleled and supreme artistry, exceptional finesse and floating lightness. This floating, fluid, ethereal movement runs like a leitmotif through all NIRAV MODI jewels.
